Transportation Supervisor – RCCB

Position Summary:Responsible for supervision and scheduling of transport drivers or common carriers transporting finished goods to Coca-Cola Distribution Centers across the Reyes Holdings Family of Business.

The Transportation Supervisor is directly and indirectly responsible for the supervision of the employees engaged in the replenishment process.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: * Ensure/manage replenishment to the Coca-Cola Distribution Centers across the Reyes Holdings Family of Business is effective and productive.* Address full good inventory levels to minimize potential out of stock risk to sales* Work with Planning and Transportation Teams to create, prioritize, and schedule replenishment* Provide high level of customer service and responsiveness to the Distribution Centers* Align, develop, and appraise drivers and direct reports to achieve maximum safety and efficiency* Effective Labor planning and utilization of drivers as well as other direct reports* Ensure department and personnel are in compliance with Department of Transportation requirements* Support and adhere to company’s policies, rules, regulations, and Collective Bargaining Agreements* Actively collaborate with cross
– functional teams within the company* Create and ensure daily reports are generated, prepared, reviewed, and filed timely and accurately* Maximize use of department equipment and resources* Other projects or duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: * High School Diploma or GED* 2 plus years of Supervisory Experience in Transportation, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing or Replenishment Planning.* Strong analytical skills* Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)* Strong communication skills -verbal, written and presentational* Ability to think strategically* Possesses a high level of professionalism when dealing with critical situations* Must develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with employees at all levels* Ability to supervise and motivate employees* Ability to develop and implement process improvements* Proficient computer skills i.e., SAP, Outlook, Lync, Excel, Word, PowerPoint* Must be able to work any day/shift if needed.* This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Preferred Skills and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree* Computer skills SAP, PowerPoint)* Transportation, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Replenishment Planning Supervisory Experience within the beverage industry* Work experience in a union environment* Ability to speak Spanish Physical Demands and Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
