Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate would have a passion for and knowledge of creators, short form videos, and social video platforms.

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about Tik Tok, Instagram, our extensive partnered content libraries, and be comfortable with navigating YouTube to find related content.

We need a well-organized person that enjoys research, learning how to use proprietary technology, and communicates clearly.

You must be able to manage your time effectively, stay on task, enjoy watching YouTube videos and have an eye for new opportunities.

You must be able to keep projects and massive amounts of information organized.

Someone who can systematically sort through large amounts of content and has an analytical sense of prioritizing that content will succeed.

A creative thinker that brings ideas to the table to expand our business will fit in well.

Knowledge of viral social trends or a willingness to cultivate that knowledge is necessary.

You will be expected to work well with coworkers and treat clients respectfully.

This is not a video production or content creation job and is an entry-level position.
Responsibilities:
Be a subject matter expert in YouTube and our licensed content, especially in regards to partnered Tik Tok creators, Instagram pages, and content libraries Watch and review video content for our assets with speed and accuracy Identify trends and success strategies across many categories of content Organize data in Excel or Google Sheets Organize data in Collab’s proprietary software Expertise in navigating the YouTube CMS and making manual claims Being a liaison between Collab and our licensed partners
Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree is preferred 1-3 years professional experience is preferred but not necessary Strong understanding of the online video market including YouTube, Vine, Instagram, Snapchat, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitch and other digital platforms Invested interest in social media influencers, creators, and content aggregators
Bonus Points:
Passionate about YouTube Passionate about a wide range of topics like MMA, college-level sports, gaming, and internet culture Experience working for an MCN Advanced skills in Google Suite Experience working in a startup Multiple Written as well as spoken Languages Knowledge of digital rights management YouTube Certification
