The Team – Cloud & Enterprise Applications

Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of projects including NetSuite, Oracle ERP & EPM Cloud, OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics GP, NAV, CRM, and Dynamics 365 Business Central, RPA / Intelligent Automation, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and/or CIO Advisory.

Your Impact
Lead expert delivery in the areas of data strategy, analytics, data management, data governance.  Provide business and IT project support by helping to develop the engagement strategy and driving engagement deliverables including the project plan, project scope, technical documentation and other deliverables as required.

Deliver on projects in the areas of critical data, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, DQ dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping.

Develop and execute the vision of the Data & Analytics team including vertical focus, thought leadership, resource management and technology investigation.

Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to identify process and data challenges.

Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets (structured and unstructured).

Perform data quality control reviews and data assessments to identify trends and anomalies.

Identify insights through use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualization techniques.

Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Develop analytical proof-of-concept prototypes and/ or deliver large-scale analytical platform implementations to fulfill clients’ tactical and strategic requirements.

Develop business procedures and data management policies for ensuring data accuracy and control.

Serve as a subject matter expert on new data initiatives and technologies, both open-source and commercial.

Manage and coach project teams to deliver complex engagements.

Play an active role in business development efforts across all stages (market analysis, client sourcing, relationship building, proposal development, oral presentations).

Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients at all levels that are based on integrity and trust.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or related field.

8+ years of hands-on data analytics experience, including at least 2 years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization.

Experience presenting to CXO suite.

Understanding of typical software development lifecycles (waterfall and agile) and their associated lifecycle artifacts.

Experience with relational database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, etc.

along with hands on experience with SQL.

Experience with commercial analytics tools (e.g.

Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik, RapidMiner, TIBCO Spotfire, Datawatch).

Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.

Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs.

Ability and eagerness to constantly learn and teach others.

Flexibility to travel at least 25%.

Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience.

Master’s degree in statistics, analytics or related technology field.

Experience with Hadoop or other Big Data platforms.
