The yearly compensation range for this role is: Minimum $116,000 to Maximum $136,000.

The successful candidate will be offered a yearly compensation that aligns with their individual skills and experience as it directly relates to the position requirements.

Peraton is seeking a skilled Contact Center Senior Computer Systems Architect to join our team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in designing and develop solutions to Cisco Finesse application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.

Perform systems management and integration functions.

Must have extensive experience and knowledge of Finesse software and functions.

Must be adept at quickly understanding what is required to develop compelling value for both Peraton and our client.Provides Tier-2 support for Finesse solution server related issuesMonitors Finesse solution servers using the SL-1 OSS.Manages and operates Finesse, Gadget, Live Data, CIUC and Identity Services serversManages performance of Finesse, Gadget, and Identity Services servers.On-Going Backup/Restore of Finesse, Gadget, and Identity Services servers.Installation of Finesse, Gadget, and Identity Services servers patchesCoordinates routine maintenance of Finesse, Gadget, and Identity Services serversChange/Configuration Management of Finesse solution serversEscalates to OEMs support issues related to Finesse, Gadget, Identity Services serversEscalates to Cybersecurity Operations, and Engineering Network Support as necessaryDeploy Finesse version upgradesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline and 9 years of experience, OR Master’s degree and 7 years of experience, OR 12 years of experience in lieu of a degreeMinimum of 8 years of experience in process development, support and implementation of systems architectMinimum of 6 years of experience with:Cisco UCCE/ICM Solution Architecture and Integration DesignSQL Query Analyzer/RCD/TCD/Call Trace/Log AnalysisIntermediate Cisco, Intermediate VoIP, Intermediate UAT, Intermediate TCP/IP, Intermediate Cisco Unity, Intermediate Cisco PIX OS, Intermediate Cisco Call ManagerMinimum of 4 years of experience with advanced knowledge of a Call Center environmentMust be able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance.Must be a US Citizen Preferred Qualifications:Must be a team player, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving, and organizational skillsAbility to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skillsMust be able to think strategically, act tactically and deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environmentMust be able to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization, to include senior management and operations personnelWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
