At a strategic level, this role is responsible for process improvement and quality assurance across the HR team, constantly striving for excellence in customer service and outcome delivery. Working closely with the entire HR team, the HR Project Manager focuses on the creation of the project vision and planning documents, managing implementation, communication, reporting, and performance of all projects with the expectation of delivering on time, within budget, and to scope to strengthen HR practices across the organization. The HR Project Manager reports to the Associate Director of Human Resources.The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to NILCs mission and diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice, strong project management skills, and knowledge of strategic and tactical human resources.This role is not a member of the bargaining unit.This role is not a member of the Bargaining Unit.Please submit an updated resume and cover letter.
