Laundry Service is looking for a committed and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is specifically focused on managing integrated/Creator/social media campaigns and content production on our Google team. As the Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring flawless execution and delivery of projects while helping assist a diverse team of creatives, digital strategists, social media managers, producers, and media specialists.

This role is based in our Los Angeles, CA office. Candidates must be willing to work a 2-day hybrid in-office schedule.

 Responsibilities:

●      Serve as the partner to the Lead Project Manager(s) while being comfortable in external client-facing environments

●      Coordinate and manage all aspects of social media and creator campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to deadlines, and effective communication with all internal stakeholders.

●      Assist in the development of project plans and identify resourcing/staffing needs and timelines across multiple campaigns

●      Assist managing schedules, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables and dates are clearly communicated, understood, and executed

●      Assist scheduling internal project meetings based on the schedule

●      Attend and participate in internal stand-up meetings, reviews, and resourcing calls to to ensure projects remain on track and on brief

●      Use critical judgment to assist in reviewing deliverables prior to client reviews to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met

●      Own and maintain internal team lists, email alias trackers, and Onboarding docs

●      Support in facilitating communication between all departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and Executive Leadership)

●      Be solutions-oriented and always come to the table with a plan of action

●      Support in overseeing the status and creation of all ideas/assets during all stages of production

●      Aid in overseeing post-production timelines, development of all assets, QCing, and managing final delivery

●      Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and improve project processes as needed

Requirements

●       Experience / exposure in an advertising or social media agency setting.

●      Knowledge and understanding of creative planning, production and asset management processes; on-set experience a plus

●      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

●      Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

●      Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

●      Able to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure, with the ability to mediate and navigate tense and stressful situations positively without panic

●      Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

●      Unparalleled commitment to excellence — working nonstandard hours when necessary, traveling as required, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation

●      Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite applications, and project management software such as Asana a plus.

 

Base salary range: $66k-$76k plus bonus potential.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each hire.
