An exciting opportunity for a Case Management RN just became available in Los Angeles County, California.

Reporting to the Manager of Case Management, the Case Management RN Supervisor’s responsibilities include coordinating patient care with other departments, developing and implementing patient care plans, evaluating patient outcomes, as well as developing and supporting educational initiatives, serving as a mentor to new leaders, and being a champion for quality improvement throughout the department. The RN Supervisor will also take on administrative duties in the department, including oversight and maintenance of the budget, recruitment and retention of staff, and this person will serve as the operations liaison.
