Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standardsSupervise the non-clinical staff within the dental practiceHow You’ll Succeed Ready to be part of a patient-centric team2-5 years of experience in sales management or retail management; some combination of management and sales requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions independentlyKnowledge of Microsoft Office business applicationsBachelor’s degree preferred
