Requirements:

* Experience: 10+ years of Social and Digital Marketing experience required. Experience in CPG or Food & Beverage industry preferred (Restaurant, Retail also ok). A strong understanding of implementing & optimizing paid posts across all platforms required.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
* Computer/App/Web Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency with social ads across all native platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr, etc.). Knowledge and understanding of Search Engine Optimization. Expert in Shopify, Shopify Plus, Works.
* Work Hours: Available to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends & holidays.

Job Description:

The Director of Social/Digital Marketing is responsible for the oversight of organic and paid social media, including partnering with GT’s Brand Management Team to translate strategy, positioning for sublines into social strategy and content calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as main point of contact with external Social Agency.
* Manage and lead Social Media Managers with creating content, including working with Creative team on platform specific content and copy.
* Develop holistic social approach to cover all sublines within GT’s Living Foods.
* This role requires deep understanding of tools, analytics and social and digital technology.
* Demonstrates a clear ability to develop tactics and strategies that drive business goals; sales to our Direct to Consumer (DTC) e-Commerce site, audience growth, owned engagement, acquisition, reach, churn mitigation and more.
* Manage GTLF website; orchestrates strategy, execution and maintenance.
* Manages e-mail and SMS marketing.
* Oversees digital experience and budget.
* Programmatic, OTT, SEO.
* Partners with Shopper Marketing Director to identify and orchestrate opportunities with retailers for digital shelves.
* Formulates paid-social strategies for all product lines across all social platforms, ensuring that decisions are consistent with established objectives and brand and communication pillars.
* Utilizes data to develop segmentation recommendations to improve audience engagement and optimize conversion across all digital touchpoints.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

* Attention to detail; demonstrate passion for accuracy in both minor and significant workstreams
* Consistently meet deadlines, manage projects and initiatives to completion
* Analytical thinking, leverage analytics to inform our DTC digital ad strategy
* Collaboration; works cross functionally within the Marketing department to create the strategy for our website and help identify the most impactful content for paid social ads
* Effective written and verbal communication
* Significant experience with social ads across all native platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Tumblr, etc.)
* Knowledge and understanding of Search Engine Optimization
