Senior Project Manager – Ambulatory Strategy

In this high-profile position, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of enterprise-wide efforts and multi-faceted projects.

These projects will support our community practice expansion initiatives, alliances, business process improvements, and capital investment decisions.

You will leverage your project management and critical thinking skills to establish the scope of work and project plans; facilitate collaboration and communication between functional groups; manage project timelines and track goals; and coordinate activities with the project team.

We’re looking to you to develop business plans that align with our short
– and long-term goals while resolving issues that may impede the project.

You will also apply best practices to streamline processes, procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

We’re seeking an independent, flexible and collaborative professional with:

Related Bachelor’s degree
MPH, MHA, MBA or other related Master’s degree preferred
Five or more years of healthcare administrative or project management experience
Experience leading, facilitating, and implementing new programs/projects
Strong project management skills

Excellent data analysis and presentation abilities
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, database management and analysis
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and follow-through skills
Experience working with complex organizations to comply with regulatory requirements
Ability to thrive within an interdisciplinary team
Ability to define goals in an objectively and measurable fashion
Proven diplomacy, discretion, tact and sound judgment
Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate systems to improve efficiency
