ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In the role, you will get to: Work with an inspiring team Maintain the cleanliness of the building Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds Participate in emergency response PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires frequent standing and walking.
Requires bending, crouching, kneeling, turning, reaching, and twisting.
May be required to lift and/or move over 20 pounds.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (Minimum Qualifications): Education equivalent to graduation from a standard high school and Experience and knowledge in general maintenance and custodial work Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license OTHER: Employment will be contingent on a background check NECCESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Possession of a valid Tennessee Driver’s License (Class D) and the ability to be insured at standard vehicle liability rates.
