Director of Sales

Reporting to the Sr. VP of Sales, Regional Sales Director (West) is responsible for sales effectiveness and productivity of assigned Region. Responsibilities include sales team management, planning, quota management, effective sales processes for assigned Region.Responsibilities:Responsible for regional sales objectives to be met in a timely fashionResponsible for new business generation within Region and to support and grow existing business in RegionPrepare action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets and to ensure opportunity pipeline is sufficient to meet and/or exceed sales targetsPrepare presentations to customers, sales staff and managementParticipate in trade shows and conventions when necessaryResponsible to maintain a strong capture management focusResponsible for managing a team of Regional Sales ManagersPosition Requirements:Must be a US citizen and able to pass a drug test and background checkRequires a minimum of 10 years outside sales experience, including new account/new customer development and selling in a technical environment to related Industries NTS services with a demonstrated record of success.A BS degree is desired but not requiredMust have demonstrated success in managing a sales teamShould possess a strong team orientationMust have excellent presentation skills (verbal and written)Must have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skillsShould have strong technical knowledge and acumen
