Director of Product Management – Consumer Experience

Danvas is creating the world’s most innovative and beautiful digital displays that revolutionize the way people engage with, and appreciate digital art.

Danvas is led by seasoned founders and are supported by some of the best VCs in the industry.

With our new seed round we are growing our team, primarily in the Los Angeles area, but also with talented individuals who are working remotely.   We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Director of Product Management who will help craft a truly exceptional Danvas user experience for consumers who purchase and use our luxury displays.  In this role, you’ll work on the software and web side
– you’ll focus on consumer onboarding, digital art selection, display and interaction experience.  Things you will do: Identify customer needs and market opportunities to inform your product planning decisions.

Leverage competitive research, UX best practices, customer data, and your understanding of Danvas’s strategy to develop excellent user experiences for NFT collector and artist experiences Create specs and product requirements for design and engineering teams to articulate the product vision.

Participate in, and contribute to, product engineering sprint planning, and project management tasks.

Define KPIs and analyze metrics to inform the success of products Coordinate product rollouts with sales, marketing and creative teams Prepare return-on-investment analyses Stay up-to-date on the latest technical developments and cultural trends in NFTs across platforms and communities in order to assess opportunities/risks for your product(s) Ability to gauge the business and technological impact of an NFT project, tool, or community Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years experience building software products as a product manager or product owner Commitment to creating a best-in-class, luxury consumer user experience Ability to think strategically, learn and execute quickly, prioritize effectively, and succeed in fast-paced and uncertain environments while acting autonomously Successful track record of recruiting and retaining a strong product management team Demonstrated ability to manage budget  Strong interpersonal/communication/presentation skills.

A pragmatic approach to getting high impact enhancements to market quickly.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, matched with the ability to present a consumer facing story A “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality Bonus Qualifications: Experience working with a consumer-facing hardware product Experience working with cryptocurrency, blockchain, or NFT companies Understanding of the digital art NFT market Experience working with consumer-facing marketplace platforms that are driven by data and the needs of platform participants (creators and buyers).
