Responsibilities include: Work in partnership with cross-departmental teams and business leaders to gather requirements and identify user goals for new and existing products Conduct UX research such as competitor reviews, user interviews and usability testing Work through design solutions with senior staff to meet both product objectives and user needs Create sketches, wireframes and functional prototypes following user-centered design process Work with developers throughout low-fidelity design phase to confirm technical specs and capabilities Present design solutions to both business leaders and developers Key Skills: Possess flexibility and be used to working on multiple products with a proven approach to creating user-centered products Strong communication skills to present work and findings with the ability to explain rationale of design decisions Perpetually driven to sharpen and broaden skills through ongoing education and research Ability to translate business needs and user needs into successful product designs Understanding of design system theory and execution Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree and/or recognized certification in User Experience 1-3 years experience as practicing UX professional for digital applications Experience working with common UX patterns and current UX practices Experience in developing responsive designs that work across devices Ability to give and receive constructive feedback High-level proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD Experience conducting UX research Strong verbal and written communication skills We are open to a remote employee.
