Customer Success Manager

We are partnered with a rapidly growing technology start-up in Los Angeles, CA that is looking to hire 3 Customer Success Managers.

This person will manage HR Account Managers who provide HR consulting to their clients.

This role is in the office every day but provides great pay, benefits, and equity.

Responsibilities: Lead a team of Account Managers Build client onboarding and renewal playbooks to set the team up for success Provide weekly reporting on the performance of your team Conduct coaching sessions with team members to improve performance Excel at people management Assist team in providing world-class service to clients Provide ongoing HR training to Account Managers Qualifications: Experience managing a team in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Highly skilled in all aspects of the customer lifecycle Skilled in coaching, development, and performance documentation Good at building rapport and establishing relationships Strong Microsoft Office skills If interested, please apply.
