Business Manager

We are a fully remote tech consultancy based in California.

We are growing quickly and currently seeking a dynamic Business/Administrative Assistant to our CEO to help with the day to day administrative tasks as well as taking on new projects as they arise.

Main Job Responsibilities: Account Payable/Accounts Receivable Timecard management/reconciliation Bookkeeping Vendor relationship management Various other business functions (Updating website, office management, basic HR tasks, on boarding new hires etc) Strong written and verbal communication We are looking for an individual who would like to begin part-time and move toward a full-time position, but will consider candidates who are interested in immediate full-time employment.

The company keeps Pacific Timezone core hours and we are seeking an applicant who lives in Pacific or Mountain Timezone.

Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications: Proactive and self-directed Strong problem solving skills Willingness to learn the complexities of our business Proficient in GSuite, Quickbooks Comfortable learning new technologies and platforms Reliable and dependable Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable a plus Education and Experience Requirements: College degree or equivalent education required 3 years of administrative assistant experience What we offer: Competitive salary Generous PTO policy 3% company contributions to a 401K Excellent health-care benefits for you and your family members Internet or co-working subsidies and equipment to help your create a great working environment Snack allowance Permanently remote Company retreats Pay: $25.00
