Remote District Manager

Overview: Remote District Managers needed for immediate full-time management positions About the RoleThe District Sales Manager is responsible for the direct oversight of Territory Sales Reps in the assigned District and will report directly to a Regional Manager (RM).

In general, the DSM will motivate, direct and coordinate the sales & merchandising activities of their assigned team members.

They will also maintain a local market with a focus on top revenue driving locations and building partnerships with retail partner leadership.

They will be responsible for, but not limited to hiring & onboarding new FSMs, coaching on performance using provided analytics, and issuing corrective action documentation.

The characteristics of a successful DSM include; integrity, strong moral compass, accountable, attention to detail, elevated communication skills, operational excellence, a desire to improve others and motivate in a positive way.

Key functions of your role as a District Sales Manager:Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed sales and project goals Accountable for team members and all documents pertaining to team productivity with oversite from Regional Manager Responsible to accurately track sales, events and merchandising projects Effectively provide daily direction, sales training, and guidance while ensuring retention of the Territory Sales Reps with oversite from Regional Manager Occasional travel to locations within District Attend meetings and conference calls as required in and out of the District as neededWeekly work hours will be divided between district support and local market support, with minimum retail hours expectations established quarterly Accountable to meet and/or exceed sales and project goals for own assigned market Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures Administer and document all counseling’s and terminations appropriately, accurately and in a timely manner while following established procedures Assist in temporarily overseeing event coverage as business needs dictate Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed Dress and act professionally at all times Perform all other duties as assigned Key Performance Measurements:Ensure team meets established monthly/quarterly sales goals/quota Weekly average retail & district support time, per quarterly expectations Customer/client satisfaction based on team execution and substantiated complaints Maintain proper headcount across District The ideal candidate will have:High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferred 3-5 years retail or sales experience required Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance metrics in sales or retail environment Multi-unit Sales Management experience preferred Demonstrate ethical and professional standards in a business environment Demonstrate good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solve Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekendsMust be able to travel throughout the District What’s in it for you?Work remote from homeCompetitive yearly compensation of $60,000Incentive bonus paid quarterlyNext day pay on-demand with DailyPayEligible for medical, dental, vision benefitsParticipate in 401k company matchingPaid time-offPaid holidays Job Contact: cdorman2020companies.com Duties and Responsibilities: Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed sales goals and objectivesPersonally accountable for team members and all documents pertaining to team salesFulfill the role of a sales rep during absences, vacations, when short staffed or as neededResponsible to accurately track head count, office/kiosk revenue and changesEffectively provide daily direction, sales training, and guidance while ensuring retention of superior Sales RepresentativesRun all sales meetings; make daily schedule for teamsSuccessfully determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, develop, and manage new employeesAttend meetings and conference calls as requiredEnsure adherence to all company policies and proceduresAdminister and document all counsellings and terminations appropriately, accurately and in a timely manner while following established proceduresAssist in temporarily overseeing additional stores/kiosks as business needs dictateDress and act professionally at all timesPerform all other duties as assignedPerformance Measurements:Ensure teams meets established weekly/monthly sales goals/quotaMaintain proper head-count in marketCustomer/client satisfaction based on team rejection percentages and substantiated complaints Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required1-3 years sales experience requiredSales Management experience preferredDemonstrate ethical and professional standards in a business environmentDemonstrate good judgment and initiative, make decisions and problem solveAble to work autonomously with excellent time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
