AWS Connect Manager

The work:

  • Design and Implement AWS architectures and environments
  • Design Native Cloud Application Architectures or optimize applications for AWS
  • Collaborating within a project team to solve complex problems

Qualifications

They need:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in the contact center or PBX industry
  • Experience building and/or testing call flows, IVR trees, or call vectors
  • Hands-on AWS experience with at least 1 implementation (preferred in an Enterprise scale environment)

Bonus:

  • At least 1 AWS Associate Level Certification
  • Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and / or Amazon Pinpoint
  • Experience with intent analysis and conversational chatbots
  • Hands-on experience developing business applications
  • A customer obsession mindset

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, if you are located in Colorado, the expected salary range for this role is $132,700
– $165,000
