· Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, HR, or Business Related)
· 5 years’ experience in payroll and benefits
· Leading open enrollment and payroll-end tasks
· Managerial experience at least 2 years
· Communication clearly and effectively with all levels of organization
· Microsoft office experience
