Specifically we are looking for an Account Lead that is highly collaborative with a strong marketing mindset and understanding of data and research.
The ideal candidate for this role is results-driven, proactive, and solutions-oriented with the ability to foster meaningful client relationships.
This person will help us bridge our planning, insight and experience disciplines in order to deliver brand strategies, insights, digital products and communications.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Manage client relationships as the main point of contact between client and internal team.
Develop strategy on internal and external client related projects.
Ensure accurate and timely communication among the team, freelancers and clients.
Be responsible for understanding and ensuring brand standards are met for all managed clients.
Make recommendations on necessary resources needed to manage workflow.
Sets clear expectations daily for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work, providing all proper materials and documentation when necessary.
Appropriately align resources against project needs.
Serve as additional quality control on all managed work.
Work collaboratively with the entire team.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in leading an account in marketing/advertising experience, preferably in an agency or internal group Project/Traffic Management, and experience with traditional digital, and social media projects.
Excellent people and relationship-building skills.
Ability to function as both a member and leader of the team.
Ability to develop a strong and trustworthy relationship with all internal teammates.
Great communication.
Is an eloquent speaker who can explain anything to everyone as well as a clear and concise writer.
Superb organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to handle a large number of projects simultaneously and complete them on time with the highest level of quality.
Strategic thinking is a must.
Enjoys diagnosing complex problems and formulating plans of attack to resolve them.
Thrives in an environment where everyone is encouraged to add value at the most strategic level.
Experience with creative briefs and working with a creative team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote and MS Access and Google Suite.
Experience in one or more of the following project management softwares: Basecamp, Trello, Asana, Google Docs, Airtable, etc.
