IT Recruiter

Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Manhattan, NY Compensation: $80,000
– $90,000 Our client is looking for a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to develop creative sourcing and recruitment strategies and identify top technical talent for their hiring managers.

This individual will be a key influencer in the firm’s start to finish hiring process.

Responsibilities: Think of and utilize innovative sourcing technologies, platforms and strategies to find, connect with and recruit top technical talent Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs Define sourcing strategies based on required skills, roles and locations Utilize social media to help market roles, attract talent and build online communities of target candidates Work closely with Hiring Managers to write job descriptions, put together efficient interview processes and negotiate/present offers Qualifications: 2-5 years of recruiting experience, at least some within the IT/Technical field, either in an agency or in-house recruiting environment ideally with some focus on technology (Cyber, Salesforce, Cloud, AI, etc.) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and thorough knowledge of web-based recruitment strategies desired Experience activating passive, technical candidates in this highly competitive and remote market through various means Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred A go-getter mentality and an ability to thrive in an environment where you need to be a strategic thinker and self-starter Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
