The HR Coordinator will be a key partner assisting the management team with placing job ads for open positions, updating employee records, assisting in payroll preparation, and all other HR projects and functions.

We hope this position will with our company’s HR functions and create a great working environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (tasks included but not limited to the following): Publish and update job ads on careers pages, assisting with all aspects of recruiting for the company.Assist with updating Employee data on the HRIS system.Maintain all employee records & files for all properties.Assist with innovation of all HR processes to move toward more efficiencies in all areas of HR functionality.Distribute and track mandatory trainings & assist with the preparation of training presentations.Be a resource for the operational teams regarding HR procedures and formsPrepare ad-hoc reports as needed for the HR department and operations.Assist with annual Open Enrollment for BenefitsAdditional departmental projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: Open and professional demeanor with an emphasis on hospitalityWork experience as an HR Clerk or similar positionSolid organizational and time-management skillsHotel Human Resources experience a plusGood understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, training, and benefits)Hands-on experience with MS Office; ADP experience a plusExperience with ADP Workforce Now and Paylocity a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
