POSITION SUMMARY: Web Designer /Developer will report to the Integrated Director. The Web Designer/Developer will be responsible for revamping website, improving donor experience and integrations for digital and local event campaigns across inbound and outbound marketing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Revamp and expand our existing websites, landing pages and email designs to boost customer experience, improve operation efficiency, streamline cross channel marketing, and optimize system integrity.
  • Graphic Design Across media channels for both inbound and outbound marketing.
  • Develop best in class user experience for our donors (WordPress, Salesforce, Pardot and Click and edge experience or equivalent helps immensely.
  • Support new business models and enhance existing ones by innovating on our webstore platform
  • Work closely with marketing, processing, and philanthropy teams to execute on product initiatives leveraging Agile methodologies
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to collect business requirements, research and identify end user needs, and convert business requirements into functional requirements and high-level system design
  • Formulate and communicate functional requirements and user stories for the technical teams
  • Support all Digital and Local Inbound and Outbound Marketing Campaigns
  • Carry out other tasks and projects as assigned by the Integrated Marketing Director.

.Requirements:

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND LICENSURES:

  • 7-10+ years marketing and design experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator,
  • Programing Languages PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively
  • Well-versed in the use of Marketing technology
  • Strong orientation toward detail, quality and task completion
  • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Ability to be an effective team member and handle project leadership responsibility
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the external and organizational environment
