Responsibilities?Provides information regarding medical treatment and/or services to be offered during the visit and explains them to the patient/parent?Appropriate management of filing records, recording telephone calls and prescription refill information in electronic medical records?Responsible for documenting patient care information in the patient?s electronic medical record, provides health education within scope of practice, and documents education provided in the Patient?s Education Electronic Medical Record.?Accurately performs on-site testing.Qualifications?2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
