Position Summary SHEIN Distribution is here and we’re looking to add a creative coordinator to our team!

This position requires a confident, self-starting individual who will handle a variety of administrative duties in support of the daily operations in look book production.

Responsibilities: Be a part of an exciting and growing creative team routing, tracking, and delivering creative assets for Shein lookbook campaigns.

Support creative lead to ensure team actions remain in synergy from brief through execution.

Manage the process of intake of new briefs and creative requests.

Handle administrative setup for each new project across Wechat and Google Docs Create long
– and short-term plans, including setting work back schedules, targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

Maintain great communication with China team, and cross functional stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project and adjusting schedules and targets as the project needs change.

Ensure the creative team (Creative Leads, Graphic Designers, Videographer, Freelancers) have all the information they need to deliver assets on brief.

Track the status, versions, and approvals of all deliverables for each project.

Manage creative production process in the studio for each look book campaign.

Plan for upcoming projects, resourcing and delegate tasks among team members best positioned to complete them.

Perform a quality control cross check on all assets leaving the studio to ensure they are accurate, spell checked, and on brief.

Communicate progress, track status and updates, and keep teams tracking to timelines and deliverables.

Schedule and facilitate creative reviews with key stakeholders and route assets through rounds of approvals.

Manage the archive of all approved assets and maintain organization of our folder structure, file naming conventions, and creative asset libraries across all campaigns.

Motivate, support, and provide guidance to the creative and production team to meet productivity goals.

Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency Understanding of photography file formats and terminology is a plus Expertise in production a plus!
