Package Graphic Designer JOB SUMMARY 32 Degrees is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its team.

Responsibilities: Stay up to date with trends, market standards, and has the ability to integrate them into package design concepts Design and development of packages(PDQ box/actual mock-ups) and trims (hangtag/label) from research/concept to production Collaborate and communicate effectively with overseas vendors for all necessary packaging development & production Manage multiple projects with tight time management skills Responsible for the timely creation of package designs solutions Managing design projects from conception to delivery Creating effective and energetic design solutions Generating ideas and concepts for fashion industry Creating identity packages and trims Create and maintain concept and presentation boards Perform in-depth design analysis Other relative tasks assigned Work collaboratively with fellow designer and related department Work closely/cross-functionally & effectively Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Digital Arts/Graphic Design or related discipline OR equivalent working portfolio experience.
10 years of experience in graphic design or related 10 years of design work experience, in graphic design for cosmetic, accessories &/or apparel market for packages.
Expert with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other related programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
To be a strategic creative thinker and lover of branding.
Exceptional eye for design such as layout, typography, proportion, etc.
Highly developed taste level and sensitivity to color balance.
Strong aesthetic and production skills with an understanding of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts and typography.
Easily adaptable to new situations and willingness to jump headfirst into unfamiliar roles and projects.
