Welcome and greet clients and office guestsSupport office staff and executives with general operational tasksPlan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office related eventsSuggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiencyAnswer phones in a professional mannerDirect calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messagesAnswer and send out faxes as neededPrepare outgoing mail and packages for executivesReserve conference spaces for meetingsSchedule travel arrangementsSend reminders regarding upcoming appointmentsManage communication of information in and out of the officeType out correspondence letters, emails, memos, etc.

(paper and electronic)Assist in preparation of presentation materialsQualificationsThe minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
