Receptionist/Front Desk Administrative Assistant Worldwide Oilfield Machine (WOM) is a globally recognized, multinational company that was established in 1980 with its headquarters based in Houston, Texas.

We are currently looking for a qualified Receptionist/Front Desk Administrative Assistant for our Canemont facility.

Candidates will assist in answering and forwarding incoming calls.

Perform administrative duties that require knowledge of departmental policies and practices.

Essential Responsibilities: Responsible for taking incoming calls and correspondence and forwarding it to applicable personnel Greet all visitors and inform appropriate personnel Sort and deliver incoming mail Update phone list monthly Order supplies and coffee Greet guest and prepare HSE training for visitors to shop Stock coffee bar daily, keep tidy and updates to monthly bulletin boards weekly cleaning of coffee pot All incoming and outgoing Fax transmissions Conference room bookings Prepare for weekly meetings in the main conf room (Monday afternoons) Shipping communication for office employees General Assistance in filing Special Projects as requested Shipping request and assistance Coordinating with Family driver Assist in general duties as assigned Printing of reports as necessary Assist CEO (when in the US) – All scheduling for medical apts.

Ordering and tracking of all medications necessary throughout the year Conference room prep for visits to the US (quarterly) Office prep for visits to the US Printing of email attachments Meeting scheduling Additional assistance as necessary Know and understand Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the QMS.

Ensures compliance and maintaining the processes/procedures of the WOM management systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Comply with all environmental, health and safety rules Requirements: High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent Three months of related experience Syteline or SAP experience preferred but not required Proficient in MS Office WOM offers long term, stable employment in a comfortable environment.
