Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar discipline 4+ Years’ minimum Commercial RE Accounting experience Strong accounting skills with in-depth knowledge of US GAAP required Seeking strong General Ledger experience Strong Excel user YARDI software experience a huge PLUS Have participated and contributed in process improvements
