Director of Finance
Los Angeles based growing healthcare company is seeking a Director of Finance to lead the accounting, administration and human resources functions. We are restructuring our team and seeking a leader who aspires to rise to the top finance position in the company. This person must be highly analytical, very detail oriented, and willing to do the day to day work while rebuilding the team.
This position will be responsible for the accounting operations of the company and divisions, including GL, operational accounting and internal controls. Experience in outpatient, multi-clinic setting will be very helpful, especially in revenue accounting, cash collections, and accounts receivable management.
The Director will be multi-faceted, able to handle human resources and administration. We are a service company, and responsiveness to our employees is a must. The Director will work closely with operations to respond to staffing needs, monitor employee morale, and attract recruits.
This is a key and high visibility position interacting directly with the executive team. We are looking for a leader of high integrity, a people person, direct and concise in communication. The candidate must have experience in a service-based organization, where it is all about serving the field.
Qualifications include:
Degree in accounting, CPA preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting
Superb Excel skills, highly proficient in PowerPoint and Word.
Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
Must be extremely detail oriented, exceptional organizational skills, and focused on completing tasks, in a multi-tasking environment.
