These duties may include document prep and printing, spreadsheets, routing communications, records management, travel arrangements, meeting and event support, project coordination, etc.

In addition, this role ensures that the basic functions of the office are successful by providing coverage for front desk and office operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Support assigned business partners and projects with the coordination and implementation of key objectives.Maintain administrative processes.Prepare documents and communication including, editing, storing, proofing, printing, disseminating, etc.Research, collect, and compile information.Maintain meeting minutes to support partners and projects.Coordinate travel and complete expense reconciliation as requested.Schedule and support meetings and events.Assemble, copy, and distribute hard copy and/or digital documents.Scan, email, and fax communications to appropriate parties while maintaining confidentiality.Establish and maintain organizational practices for digital and hard copy records on a project or initiative basis.Embrace the ownership of all Association spaces by proactively addressing the organization of the common spaces.

Ensure issues and needs are reported to Facilities or other impacted departments.Support front desk and office operations including receiving and routing incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages, greeting guests, providing direction to customers and business associates, and maintaining office and kitchen suppliesProvide support to the Administrative Services Manager and Lead Administrative Partners with assigned projects.Perform other functions as assigned.LEVELS OF SUPERVISION EXERCISED AND RECEIVED:Exercises no supervision; works under general direction and supervision of the Lead Administrative Partner.TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High school diploma is required.

Some college is preferred.One (1) year of experience performing similar functions is requiredIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.Certified Notary Public commission is strongly preferred.Experience with creating effective documents, spreadsheets, and presentation from scratch is required.Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal support is required.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSMust have the ability to perform basic office tasks and work in a typical office setting.

Employee will be sitting for extended periods of time and accomplishing work at a desk and work at a computer for an extended period of time.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills to adequately convey ideas and work well with a team.

Ability to talk and hear, sit and use their hands and fingers, and reach in all directions is essential in performance of the job.

Some lifting and moving of items up to 25 pounds required.

Work during established business hours and may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Some travel may be required to support business needs.FULL-TIME ONSITE:These roles and job functions require employees to work onsite at one of our offices to continue to provide exceptional customer service and support our business goals.PAY RANGE:Minimum
– $44,331.20 Midpoint
– $55,414.00 Max
– $69,267.50This range is reflective of the national salary average for this position and will be adjusted using geographic variance for physical location of the hired candidate.

American AgCredit may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.All hiring is contingent on eligibility to work in the United States.
