Receptionist/Assistant Bookkeeper

Position: Receptionist/Assistant Bookkeeper Summary: We are hiring a full time receptionist in the West Los Angeles area.

A reputable company with lots of potential for the right candidate, we have been in business for over 30 years.

You must be reliable, detailed oriented, and flexible.

You should be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, compose professional correspondence, and prioritize tasks given and manages frequent interruptions and changing priorities Role: In this role you will perform the duties of a general receptionist and an assistant bookkeeper, be the first point of contact for the visitors and clients to the office, and handle other office duties as necessary.

Qualifications Must have experience in QuickBooks data entry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

You must have excellent communication & writing skills.

You must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize your day.

Honesty, integrity, discipline, and privacy are a necessity.

Team player.

Must be able to multi-task and quickly shift focus from one project to another as needed.

Minimum 2 years of experience is required.

Bilingual (English/Farsi) is a PLUS but not required.
