Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, primary responsibilities will include contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates at our client sites.
The ideal candidate would possess inside sales experience, dynamic personality and the ability to build relationships with good communication skills.
The Junior Recruiter will be groomed to assist in development and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes, while working closely with our management team.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIESContacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates.
Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards.
Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results.
QUALIFICATIONS 2 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
Experience working on VMS ( Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, Workday) is highly desired.
Experience working in a fast pace environment.
Agency recruiting highly desired.
Recruiting for call center/CSR talent highly desired Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent preferred.
Above role will be supporting our Client in EST zone.
This is a remote role but candidates local to NY/ NJ/PA/ CT is highly desired.
