Financial Analyst – Hybrid Remote

Immediate need for an Entry Level Investor Relations Analyst to join a leading Global Private Investment Firm located in Alpharetta, GA. Working 3 days per week in the office (Hybrid Remote), you will work among a very talented team with a strong interest in developing your career. Opportunity : We are seeking an Analyst to support the firm’s investor relations and marketing efforts across existing clients/prospects and our flagship funds, including new product launches. This highly visible role will be primarily focused on supporting the investor base and cross-selling across client channels. This individual will also have the opportunity to drive new processes around client reporting, data/analytics, DDQs/RFPs, database population, while engaging directly with our relationships on a daily basis. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Cultivate relationships internally and externally with existing/prospective clients, leveraging professional networking, industry databases, media platforms, and other creative means Assist with the firm’s marketing materials and content across different strategies/solutions Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ objectives, areas of interest, and constraints to thoughtfully present the firm’s offerings Provide client service and investor relations support across our commingled funds, managed accounts, and other bespoke or customized investment structures/solutions Collaborate on the development and updating of materials, client deliverables and reporting, along with a focus on process improvements Develop and maintain a robust database of peer funds/strategies and market intelligence that assists the firm in having fact-based discussions on new product development Drive project management of ongoing fundraising plans utilizing Salesforce, Excel, Databases and other tools to track investor progress from prospecting stage to final closing Manage prospect and investor due diligence requests during the entire sales cycle Work with investments, accounting, legal and analytics teams to fulfill investor requests and marketing content needs Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required) 1-3 years in a relevant investor relations or client service role, preferably one within an asset management firm or investment bank Strong quantitative, analytical, and fundamental valuation skills with proficiency in calculating, and formatting data in Microsoft Excel High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across internal and external functions Detail oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects A self-starter, but strong ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Demonstrates confidence, maturity, creative thinking and proactive nature Expresses energy and passion with an eagerness to learn and take on responsibility Benefits are highly competitive including Bonus Opportunities, Medical, Dental, 401 K and career path Powered by JazzHR TUzos31grM
