Position Overview The Operations Manager (OM) works closely with the COO to develop, train, and implement appropriate business processes that span and connect multiple departments across the enterprise focused on Casting Networks, Casting Frontier and Cast It and related lines of business (LoBs).

As part of defining our business processes, the OM will play a key role in helping to define key leading performance indicators (input activities and drivers) and ensuring that these KPI are properly understood, measured, and utilized to continually improve how we execute and manage our LoBs.

In addition to these strategic components of the role, the OM will oversee the day-to-day performance of the LoB management teams for multiple LoBs to facilitate the flow of information, coordination of team activities, and the proper and timely completion of business projects.

The OM will be responsible for coaching and coordinating each LoB management team to ensure that we evolve our business practices over time and that the monthly, quarterly and annual goals and objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities Work to finalize documentation for and continually refine the RTB Operating Model.

Define and document related key business processes along with the associated key performance indicators for each process.

Work with senior management to formulate strategic and operational goals and objectives and establish 5
– 7 key performance indicators.

Implement and then coach all RTB team members on the RTB Operating Model.

Prepare for and run the RTB meetings ensuring the team focuses on the key goals and objectives and working to facilitate strong collaboration and coordination.

Build and disseminate RTB reports that improve awareness and inter
– team collaboration across all Talent Systems senior management and Leadership Team members.

Work with other managers to maintain clear priorities and ensure team focus remains on quarterly Goals, Objectives and Rocks (Priorities).

Review core business processes and propose ways to improve processes by focusing on value-added activities and quality results.

Serve as a beacon for re-use of best practices across each LoB and hold cross-team educational and training workshops to promote re-use.

Incorporate the use of financial forecasts and results to identify operational improvement opportunities.

Work with other teams to identify ways to increase quality and efficiency of Customer Support and Product Development.

Competencies Strong track record as an Operations Manager or similar role.

Good knowledge of operations management.

Experience in building organizational structures and operating models.

Familiarity with general business financial principles.

Some experience in building and managing departmental budgets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Deep experience creating training materials and coaching and growing team members.
