These efforts drive key insights for large employers throughout the United States and internationally, aiding them in solving their most complex operational challenges at the intersection of data, risk and compliance, people analytics, and financial performance optimization. Experienced in enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Benefits, IRS filing Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance industry laws and regulations Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap Able to generate thorough, comprehensive and simple, E2E requirements documentation Education, Certifications or Training desired Undergraduate degree required in computer science or related technical discipline advanced degree preferred
