Sr. Product Manager – Publisher

As a result of our growth and expansion, Connexity is looking for a Sr. Product Manager with experience launching new products, analyzing results, and iterating. The Sr. Product Manager pulls levers that drive the business and uses them to inform product priorities. Our company is built around relationships with both merchants and publisher partners and this person will be responsible for building/managing products that cater to both audiences.

About the role:

  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Leverage data to improve product flows, define A/B tests and propose high-impact opportunities
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users

Requirements

Our ideal X’er will have:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Ability to establish goals and KPIs for measuring progress and success towards Partner adoption, engagement and retention
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Creative thinking skills
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and engineering management
  • Technical skills including utilizing advanced SQL queries, python scripting, and basic understanding of coding principles

Nice to Haves

  • B2B2C experience: You have built products for businesses and end users
  • Affiliate marketing familiarity: understanding of core affiliate marketing concepts including CPC vs CPA models,
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
