The OpportunityDelaware North’s Patina Restaurant Group is hiring for Catering Captains to join our team at Catering Staffing in Los Angles, California As a Catering Captain you will be leading the food and beverage team during events while delivering the highest quality of service to our guests.$1000 Sign-on Bonus!$500 at 30 days$250 at 60 days$250 at 90 days$1000 Referral bonus for all current associates.
Refer someone who is successfully hired into this role for 90 days and receive a $1000 referral bonus.ResponsibilitiesTrain, schedule and supervise banquet associates.Conduct daily function meetings with banquet managers and associates before events.Ensure all company policies, service procedures and safety standards are followed.Maintain communication with both the banquet and kitchen team to ensure guests receive the best quality service and experience.Other duties assigned.QualificationsMinimum of 18 years’ experience in a supervisory position.Excellent customer service and employee relation skills.
