– 70K (Base) 30K in bonuses Excellent Benefits Package 15 days of PTO Job Description: The role of a Senior Customer Success Manager is to help our most strategic customers succeed by working with their senior management to mitigate their IT business risk, align their IT infrastructure with the company’s proven technology stack and processes, and achieve their growth goals.
The goal of an SCSM is to get 100% of their assigned clients to buy 100% of IT Freedoms services through a) deep understanding of our entire portfolio of services, b) intimate knowledge of their assigned clients IT situation, gaps, and growth objectives, and c) trusted relationships with their most senior leadership.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our entire technology stack and product suite, from a sales perspective.
Communicate the value and competitive advantages of our services to your customers.
Develop technical assessments, recommendations, and proposals for your customers, with the help of sales engineering.
Schedule and manage regular strategy reviews with your customers.
Demonstrate the value of the investment that your customer has made.
Regularly solicit referrals from customers.
Mentor junior Customer Success Managers on the team.
Know which clients are at risk of leaving due to dissatisfaction or a change in company leadership.
Qualifications: 3-5 years experience in client services, system administration, or consulting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelors degree preferred by Jobble
