We are on the look out for a talented Account Manager for our client. In this Account Manager position, you will regulate journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Your responsibilities in this role

– Organize cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

– Extra unique tasks if required

– Get ready subcontractor 1099’s, and any other IRS year-end requirement

– Enter Accounts Payable

– Skilled in credit card management and reconciliation

– Handle Accounts Receivable

– Arrange sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

– File budget transfers

– Organize cash flow projections, as needed

– Report on business license and gross receipts

– Operate monthly accounting close

– Formulate monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

Job Requirements:

– Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

– Detailed and have the ability work independently

– Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

– 5+ years of related experience- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities

– Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

– Considerable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

– BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred

– Datafaction experience required

– Expertise in Full Cycle Accounting

– Financial statement preparation experience

– Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines

– Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skillsrequire
