We are looking for an experienced social media leader to lead the strategic content development and tactical initiatives for Anastasia Beverly Hills, providing day-to-day management of various social platforms, including community management, thought leadership, and social analytics and reporting.
This role works closely with the influencer relations team, digital strategy, and creative teams to establish priorities, outline deliverables, and successfully manage the engagement growth.
Excellent communication skills are a must, along with the ability to manage multiple assignments to success—additionally, understanding of best practices and features for top social platforms being leveraged within the beauty space.
The ideal candidate must be an experienced social media marketer who can ideate and implement groundbreaking social tactics, maintain a unique brand voice for our brand, and help produce content that resonates with our consumers.

- Assists in executing overarching brand strategy for social media channels
- Running point on ideating and communicating content needs across each channel as they come from studio/ IGC/UGC across all key initiatives year-round.
- Create and manage monthly social media content calendar of engaging posts across our corporate social media channels.

Requirements
- BA Degree
- 4+ years of social media leadership experience, helping define world-class brands across social platforms.
Agency experience is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of and fluency across social platforms, including video-based social media platforms, features, and formats, specifically, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Experience managing a team of social media coordinators.
- Proven ability to develop and grow social communities.
- Proven experience in building social communities inclusive of large and diverse audiences.
- Exceptional ability to identify breakthrough content.
- Sharp understanding and point of view on social media trends.
