Country Archer is looking for a Social Media obsessed Superstar to take our Social Media platforms to the next level. This person will develop the strategic framework for this channel, and be responsible for its execution and leading the growth agenda.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record social media management, is extremely organized and has strong project management skills to drive engaging content. This person has strong interpersonal skills and is able to actively collaborates with cross-functional partners in marketing, and multiple outside partners, freelancers & agencies.  This person has strong communication and copywriting skills to engage with the community online.

The role is located at a brand new, fully renovated office in trendy downtown Los Angeles. It is in a flexible working environment in a hybrid model – 3 days in-office; 2 days remote.

Key Accountabilities Include:

  • Spearhead Country Archer’s online and social community management strategy
  • Oversee all reporting and social analytics to ensure strategies are tracking towards KPIs
  • Lead execution of social media strategy across channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive and inspiring influencer campaigns from start to finish

COMMUNITY:

  • Monitor and engage with followers, customers, and ambassadors on social media platform and community channels including answering DMs and comments, and proactively flagging opportunities for brand-building responses
  • Respond to all Reviews on countryarcher.com
  • Engage with customers and influencers to build relationships and passion
  • Develop and execute UGC activities, surprise and delight outreach, and contest activations

REPORTING:

  • Responsible for identifying trends, outlining key learnings, and providing recommendations
  • Develop social media reports and analyze campaign and content results to share insights and recommendations
  • Build and own best practices, processes, and guidelines that improve content, engagement and drive operational efficiencies
  • Monitor and research industry trends and culturally relevant moments to push forward social media effort

CONTENT:

  • Lead the development and execution of the social content calendar, including managing freelancers, photographers, copywriters, etc. to produce content in quarterly to monthly bunches
  • Identify opportunities for streamlining social media content production; leverage tools and freelance support to maximize team efficiency and diversify our creative assets
  • Execute all social posts across social media channels with caption copy

INFLUENCER:

  • Lead outreach and negotiate potential influencers leveraged across multiple digital channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube – both Organic and Paid)
  • Utilize a variety of tools for researching and scaling multi-tiered influencers as well as identifying new influencers
  • Create influencer tracking parameters and reporting, analyzing the data to make informed decisions
  • Maintain monthly Influencer budget and forecast

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-4+ years’ relevant experience in social media marketing; CPG experience highly valued
  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively and collaboratively meet deadlines on multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Works well under pressure with a flexible & positive attitude
  • In-depth understanding of relevant & upcoming social media trends
  • Excellent verbal, communication & writing skills
  • Attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills & ability to multitask
  • Strong track record of crafting successful social campaigns
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite, Adobe Photoshop skills a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bachelor’s degree or four-year college equivalent
