Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Patient Monitoring
Location: Southern California, Nevada & Arizona
Industry: Medical devices, Critical Care / Patient Monitoring
Salary: $65k circa with OTE €200k+ and bonus on top of commission, healthcare, car allowance etc.

Our client has an incredible footprint in the smaller hospital facilities across the united states with a very robust product portfolio and fantastically priced products. We have been working with this business for over 5yrs across the globe and actually placed the National Sales Manager 2yrs ago. With a restructure in 2020, they created the opportunity to promote from within, and in the coming years, they would look to continue to promote within.
Duties & Responsibilities for the Regional Sales Manager includes:
- Responsible for managing existing customers and developing them
- Traveling across multiple states to meet with the customers
- Engages in cold calling activities to uncover new opportunities within assigned territory, and then develops and drives them on to closure.
- Assisting management in devising sales plans and strategies, may develop forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for sales channels.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Must have capital sales experience (in the range of $100k+, not over $1m)
- Must be able to travel 60%+
- Experience in patient monitoring/cardiology
- IT literate and experience selling complex devices
- Desired personality traits would be someone who is ambitious, hardworking, excellent relationship building skills, overachiever mindset
