Service Manager

Atrium is looking to add an exceptional and dynamic person to our existing management team!

Atrium is a casual upscale restaurant located in the heart of Los Feliz. We are focused on extending genuinely warm hospitality and consistently providing an incredible guest experience with an approachable and unpretentious style.

The Service Manager will assist in coordinating all front of house operations, work as a liaison between the front and back of house, and act as a positive role model and leader for all departments.

Primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of service, assisting staff members in accomplishing service goals, and generally ensuring that the restaurant is operating at a level that meets, maintains, or exceeds expectations. This position will also require some degree of administrative work.
This role is one of the public faces of the restaurant, and is expected to be active during service by providing hospitality, cultivating relationships, and directly addressing any guest issues or concerns.

The Service Manager will occasionally need to provide operational support at Pinky's, our cocktail bar located adjacent to Atrium, that is well-known for both incredible drinks and vibes.
