Customer Success Manager

CreatorIQ is looking for a Customer Success Manager to build deep relationships with a high visibility portfolio of customers, driving retention and account growth.

You’ll serve as trusted, consultative advisors to our customers, confirming that expectations are being exceeded and driving further investment opportunities.

The Customer Success Manager will serve as a critical growth leader within the CreatorIQ team and directly with our top tier accounts.

This individual is ultimately responsible for the health of our strategic account relationships, as well as the growth of CreatorIQ’s top-line revenue.

Revenue growth is measured by the number & size of new accounts within their named portfolio, and retention & growth of existing accounts.

Hence this role has a heavy emphasis on leading strong, healthy accounts, providing strategic and tactical leadership across a strategic portfolio of customers, driving CRM initiatives, and ensuring their working in tandem with their account team members within Customer Experience.

You must thrive on being in the spotlight on high-stakes opportunities & challenges, while multitasking with a variety of account-related and team-lead responsibilities.

The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for influencer marketing, substantial experience with account management, account mapping, solutions selling, operations and leadership.

You’re responsible for directing our key accounts through the full post sales customer journey from enablement through commercial milestones.

They’ll also have a strong desire to train & lead the Strategics segment as it grows.

About the team CreatorIQ’s Customer Success team is a part of the Customer Experience organization alongside our Enablement Consultants, Account & Renewal Managers, Client Data Services, and Product Support.

By working in collaboration with our customer focused teams, our Customer Success Manager will work to ensure customers are deriving value from our platform and services and guiding advanced use cases.

What you’ll do: * Understand the CreatorIQ’s product, its value proposition and be able to communicate it effectively to customers* Key Account Expansion: this person will quickly dive in and drive significant measurable growth in existing account annual billings by uncovering and winning net new projects and opportunities by forming new relationships with innovative & influential executives (often in other departments), facing high-value problems, at high-value moments in time.

Maintain direct and active relationships with partners, communicating regularly via email, phone calls and live meetings from onboarding to renewal* Listen, understand, and strategically engage with referrals and key decision-maker contacts to build professional and personal relationships that lead to new opportunities* Strategically plot out client relationships and map out key milestones and inflection points where we’ll be able to offer new opportunities* Transform regular client partner accounts into key accounts by strategically offering and sharing new opportunities with said partners Who you are and what you’ll need for this position: * 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, strategy, and/or business development within a SaaS, social media marketing or startup environment* Strong experience and fluency in the world of Enterprise software solutions, social media/influencer marketing, product strategy/design/technical concepts is a plus* A diligent executor with a relentless drive to get stuff done* A self-starter who operates autonomously in fast-paced environments* Proven ability for creative problem-solving, prioritization and organization, with a commitment to detail.* Excellent writing, communication, presentation and negotiation skills* Ability to work with C-Level executives and ask the difficult questions to qualify opportunities and help solve customer problems* Passionate about building meaningful relationships that are mutually beneficial at their core* Ability to seek out and qualify opportunities as potential new business by driving true customer value* High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality* Not take yourself too seriously and the ability to have fun
