Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a Group Sales Manager who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience for our guests. 

Remote in market based position targeting group and incentive business out of the Mid West in addition to secondary territories.

This is a management position.

U.S.

work authorization is required for this position.

Key Elements of the Job
Promote and sell to group market in defined geographic region for property.

Generate Hotel’s awareness through direct phone sales; direct sales calls, tradeshows and networking groups.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to solicit, sell and confirm group business required to meet budgeted sales goals for the property.

Candidate should possess the ability to solicit group travel.

This position requires a high degree of independent judgement and discretion on decision making and managing confidential information of the property.

As Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel is an urban resort destination previous experience managing similar destination / incentive market would be advantageous.

Performs and follows up on all extra tasks, actions and responsibilities assigned by the Directors of Sales and Directors of Marketing.

Has the ability to be a Public Ambassador for Four Seasons Hotels.

This position is a remote in market role with priority responsibility for the US Mid West Group and Incentive Market in addition to other territories.
