As a Senior Manager co-leading ECO’s Process Design & Optimization (PD&O) Practice, you will be responsible for the PD&O strategy and vision and drive process transformation and change of mission-critical projects across the full life cycle, focusing on scale and efficiency. You will be expected to lead the PD&O Practice with an influential point of view and be versatile to take on a wide range of problem statements. You will be accountable for the optimization of E2E organizational processes to enhance efficiency, quality and overall performance. You will foster a culture of Process Excellence. This role will typically partner with Senior Business Leader and Director-level associates across CG and is expected to be an active member of the ECO Senior Leadership team.
Your scope will include various initiatives inclusive of business, technology and organizational change efforts. You will ensure each initiative has clear benefits that are measured throughout the delivery and realized post implementation. You will successfully navigate a complex environment with project teams, business partners, leadership, external parties, and other stakeholders to deliver on Capital’s business priorities.

You are a leader for business contacts regarding process design and optimization and contribute to the development of the Enterprise Change Office globally. You will lead and evolve the PD&O services to support business needs, support the establishment of the ECO brand across the regions, and leverage existing ECO services and capabilities.

- 15+ years of experience in large scale process transformation and change
- You’ve had previous senior management experience, with proven delivery of large-scale process transformation.
- You have Lean Six Sigma certification, preferably Black Belt.
- You have asset management experience.
- You are a transformational leader who engages and inspires others to achieve meaningful results.
- You have led, managed and developed a team of process optimization experts.
- You have built and managed a practice that drives a process optimization mindset across the organization.
- You’ve had previous success with strategic and/or operational program delivery experience that transforms business processes, preferably using an agile approach.
- A Big 4 consulting background in process excellence is highly desirable.
- You have the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models to execute the work.
- You are a skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging.
- You are passionate about people development or have a proven track record in developing others.
- You are flexible and agile and thrive off working with people at all levels and across all functional areas.
- When developing a vision, you consider long term impacts and make a personal commitment to exploring diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints.
Southern California Base Salary Range: $171,968-$292,346
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
