Role Description

The Advatix® Manager, Operations Solutions (MOS) reports to the Leader of the Operations Solutions team and is responsible for performing a wide range of activities, including but not limited to organizing and completing client-facing projects. The Manager will blend project leadership skills along with hands-on “doer” activities to ensure assigned projects are executed effectively and efficiently, resulting in highly satisfied customers.

The Manager, Operations Solutions is expected to use excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing timely and concise information while working collaboratively across the organization to ensure that all relevant objectives are communicated and facilitated as planned. The Manager is responsible for modeling Advatix’s values and promoting its culture.

Key Results Areas

  • A knowledgeable manager who understands the people, processes, and the technology of Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
  • Integrate and partner with clients, displaying customer-centricity, to improve associate safety, associate experience, operational efficiency, quality, and costs
  • Partner with client leadership to implement change and drive results
  • Display good listening and observation skills. Comfortable communicating in person and through documents up and down a client’s org chart to transmit intent, requirements, process, progress, updates, and results
  • Use the appropriate tools to observe and measure operational processes and collect and use data to drive recommendations and decision making
  • Reflects our corporate values
  • Available to travel to meet the needs of customers’ onsite locations

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Proven excellence in Operational Management
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills when creating professional content and presentations for internal and external documentation.
