We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy for a product category. Our eCommerce products are a mainstay of the market, used by >1B people each month, across over 5,000 brand and retail sites, globally. We are lucky to call 65% of the IR500 our valued clients.

What you will be doing:

    • Identify and maintain market audience and buyer persona definitions for our customer audience
    • Build and maintain market expertise on Retail and eCommerce trends, consumer shopping behavior and trends, and buyer needs
    • Apply this expertise in partnership with Product Management on informing product vision/roadmap, as well with the global Sales/Client Success organizations in promoting Bazaarvoice’s Retail and eCommerce solutions
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, offers, and product features
    • Develop and maintain product focused positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and sales tools, developing vertical and geography-specific strategies and content
    • Inform promotion plan for solutions in partnership with Integrated Marketing teams
    • Own competitive intelligence and field enablement
    • Work directly with Sales & Client Success to understand client and prospect behavior in order to develop and test new assets, research, promotional pricing 
    • (generally we’ve leaned into a 1:all client support versus 1:1)
    • Be the products’ subject matter expert so that other marketing teams can ideate and create blogs, landing pages, webinars, events, and other demand generation vehicles that effectively promote the products 
    • This role will work across the organization to launch and optimize product offering. Partner teams will include Product Management, Sales, Client Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, and our Executive Team. 

Who you are:

    • 4+ years’ experience in Product Marketing in a B2B environment
    • Demonstrated success in analyzing market opportunities, defining market requirements, and managing go-to-market for software and service products in a B2B environment
    • Experience taking an enterprise or consumer products to market
    • Experience having worked in the tech industry
    • Data-driven, creative, and exceptional communications skills – we want a person who has them all
    • Self-motivated, organized, and a strategic thinker
