We’re looking for a senior communications manager who excels in both internal and external communications and is looking to elevate their career to the next stage.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience, ideally including both in-house and agency, and know what it’s like to work for a high-growth, fast-paced global organization.

On the external side, you’ll be taking the lead on Emburse’s US and European PR initiatives, as a primary contact for our agencies and liaison with other members of our global marketing team.

On the internal side, you’ll work closely with our experienced internal communications and HR leaders to keep our 800+ strong global team informed about developments and initiatives within the organization.

We’re looking for someone who is ego-free and likes working as part of a team that doesn’t take itself too seriously, but takes its job very seriously.

What youll do:

  • External communications responsibilities include:
  • Write, review and edit press releases and other external communications, such as blog posts
  • Manage Emburse’s PR agencies in US and UK, providing
  • Respond to media inquiries, working with internal teams on approach/messaging
  • Identify and submit corporate / product awards
  • Identify speaking opportunities for Emburse’s executive team, develop synopses and presentations
  • Work with marketing leadership and other key stakeholders to execute integrated programs across North America and Europe
  • Support senior management with corporate messaging
  • Internal reporting
  • Internal communications responsibilities include:
  • Write, review, edit and help manage the distribution of internal communications (eg, organizational updates, corporate announcements, presentations, etc)
  • Help execute communications strategy to support a variety of initiatives across the company, such as business updates, HR programs, and social impact initiatives.
  • Support leaders/teams in preparing and delivering key communications/events (eg, All Hands, videos, employee forums, etc)
  • Review and further develop internal communications processes and tools.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of messages across internal communications channels.

  • Tech/SaaS experience preferred
